Block booking terms

  • 10 lessons must be used within 6 months of purchase
  • Lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice
  • Block lessons cannot be transferred to another student
  • Remaining lessons are refundable minus used lessons
  • Same instructor guaranteed throughout your block

Cancellation policy

  • Cancel with 48+ hours notice: no charge
  • Cancel with 24–48 hours notice: 50% lesson fee
  • Cancel with less than 24 hours: full lesson fee
  • No-show without contact: full lesson fee charged
